29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the Fermentation Tank and Chunkier room- On or about February 18, 2025, and times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure employees were provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing when employees were working with the corrosive chemicals such as ZEP APEX PROCESS CLEANER, ZEP APEX CHLORFOAM 14, and Micro Solve Disinfectant Cleaner while conducting sanitation operations.
