29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2):Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a.) At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building approximately 7 ft, 13 ft and 21 ft from an unsupported scaffold platform that did not contain mud sills & base plates. b.)
