29 CFR 1926.1101(e)(1): All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas: a) Charlotte High School-4115 Lake Avenue, Rochester, NY, Auditorium - On or about December 2, 2024, through December 4, 2024 - All Class I, II, and III asbestos work was not conducted within regulated areas, the contractor performing Class I asbestos work when hand scraping acoustic plaster ceiling which contained 5.8% Chrysotile asbestos, requiring the establishment of a regulated area, did not inform other employer's work with asbestos and/or PACM. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
