29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about December 4, 2024, on the northwest side of the residential construction, employees were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection while performing framing activities. W. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673857, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 28, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1822 Brittle Place, El Paso, TX 79911. W. Flores Framing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1720663, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 12900 Bob Hope Drive, El Paso, TX 79928. Flores Framing LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1910.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1744946, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 2371 Enchanted Rock, El Paso, TX 79911.
