29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms before being released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews: (a) At the site, on building 800 and building 1600, located at 44500 Webbs Reserve Blvd, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33982; on or about 12/4/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that guardrail systems were not properly installed along the ends of the Wall Walker scaffold platforms before being released to employees other than erection/dismantling crews.
