29 CFR 1926.602(d): The employer did not certify that each operator had been trained and evaluated as required by paragraph 29 CFR 1910.178(l) and as referenced by the note contained in 1926.602(d): a) At the work site located at Highway 127 Woodlands BLVD, Kathleen, GA: On or about December 3, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall, struck-by, and run-over hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that the foreman was trained and certified to operate a JLG Telehandler forklift while employees were performing fence installation.
