29 CFR 1910.142(b)(3): Every room used for sleeping purposes in the temporary labor camp shelter was not provided with suitable storage facilities such as wall lockers for clothing and personal articles, in addition, double deck bunks were spaced less than 48 inches laterally and not elevated at least 12 inches from the floor in every room. Migrant Living Quarters - The employer was housing migrant workers in a temporary labor camp without storage facilities for personal effects, bunk beds spaced closer than 48 inches, and shop-fabricated bunk beds less than twelve inches off the floor.
