29 CFR 1926.964(a)(3)(i):When a pole was set, moved, or removed near an exposed energized overhead conductor, the pole may not contact the conductor. On or about November 25, 2024, at a commercial construction site located near the intersection of Sped Street and Highway 242, New Caney, TX 77357, the employer failed to ensure that an electrical pole did not contact live electrical lines when being set in place.
