29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i):The employer did not provide and ensure the usage of point of operation guards or properly applied point of operation devices on every operation performed on mechanical power press. a) Airstream, Inc. on or about November 25, 2024 at the location of 1001 West Pike Street Jackson Center, Ohio 45334: The employer did not ensure existing guards were effectively adjusted to protect employees from the point of operation. Due to this condition, employees tasked with operating the Minister Punch Press (TS030) were not adequately protected from the point of operation, exposing them to pinch point hazards.
