29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about November 21, 2024, on the westside of the jobsite; an employee was sitting on the edge of the wall without adequate fall protection while performing construction work.
