Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 002 Hazard:
1926.454(c)(3) The employer failed to retrain employees that showed indications through work performance of not retaining the requisite proficiency: (a) Quarryville Water Tank - Employees worked about two bucks down from the top of the over 100-foot high fabricated frame scaffolding erected around the exterior of the cylindrical shaped water tank to install sheeting around the scaffold's outer perimeter. Next to the electrical box for the water tank at the northwest side of the water tank, a mud sill, consisting of six stacked boards under the base plate of a sectional frame upright, was uneven, sloping downward from south to north, on or about November 13, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
