29 CFR 1910.178(q)(5): All parts of any such industrial truck requiring replacement shall be replaced only by parts equivalent as to safety with those used in the original design. a) The Hershey Company Reese Plant 925 Reese Avenue Hershey, PA - On or about November 15, 2024, the Yale Reach Truck, model NR035DB, serial number B295N04743S, forward roller wheel on the stabilizer leg was mounted with incorrect hardware parts that were not equivalent in safety to those used in the original design. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
