29 CFR 1910.176(b): The employer did not ensure boxes, containers, bundles, etc.; stored in tiers were stacked, blocked, interlocked, and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a) Worksite: 231 Airport Plaza Boulevard in Farmingdale, NY 11735 - Employees were exposed to being struck by boxes of unstable merchandise that were stacked over 7 feet high; on or about 11/14/24. Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by CFR 1903.19.
