A punch press (Fineline, make/model could not be determined) lacked a guard on its point of operation, thus exposing employees to an amputation hazard. b. A drill press (Delta/model - 14-070/sn - W9752) lacked a guard on its point of operation, thus exposing employees to an amputation hazard. c.
