29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each powered industrial truck operator is competent to operate a powered industrial truck safely, as demonstrated by the successful completion of the training and evaluation specified in this paragraph (l): a) ISPICE, LLC, 106 Central Avenue, Cortland, New York, 13045. On or about 11/12/2024, the employer did not provide employees operating electric motor hand trucks with training regarding operating instructions, warnings, and precautions and did not evaluate their performance operating the electric motor hand trucks. Abatement certification is required for this item.
