29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks were driven up to employees standing in front of benches or other fixed objects: On or about October 19, 2024, employee cleaning up spilled milk was exposed to struck-by hazards. Powered industrial truck, Raymond center ride jack #648288, operated in the cooler room, was found to continue traveling in the direction of a person standing in front of a fixed wall.
