29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge. Site: 17 Dover Street, Brooklyn NY 11235 On or about 11/7/24 a) Stairway leading from the 1st floor to the basement was not provided with handrails. b) Stairway leading from the front patio to the residence porch was not provided with handrails.
