29 CFR 1910.178(c)(2)(v): In locations used for the storage of hazardous liquids in sealed containers or liquified or compressed gases in containers, a power-operated industrial trucks other than those designated as DS, ES, GS, or LPS was used: (a) Food Grade Packaging Building - The employer provided a Toyota forklift (employer unit number 104), designated on the data plate as LP, for use in moving totes and drums into and out of the tapping room during tapping of Class 2 flammable liquids (including but not limited to acetone and isopropyl alcohol 99%), on or about November 7, 2024. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
