29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: On or about November 11, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that the walking and working surfaces of the plant floor located by the box erector machine line was keep free of hazards. The surrounding floor had large amounts of water pooling around the area where the employees are walking and working presenting a slip hazard.
