29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that the purpose and function of the energy control program was understood by employees:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC OPERATIONS AND/OR CONDITIONS)(IDENTIFY MACHINERY OR EQUIPMENT): a. On or about November 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure that employees performing cutting on a section of pipe and welding on a flange were protected from the unexpected release of hot condensate from a steam pipe exposing the employees to thermal burn hazards.
