29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: a)Sanctuary: On or about October 30, 2024; and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards on 25 feet, in that the Gennie Jack was not inspected to ensure all of the manufacturers stabilizing outriggers were secured in place, prior to starting work and elevating employees to install lights form the ceiling.
