29 CFR 1926.753(c)(2): A qualified rigger did not inspect the rigging prior to each shift in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.251. Location: 556 Main Street Falmouth Lyberty Green Jobsite On or about October 30, 2024, employees were exposed to crushing hazards where the employer permitted use of rigging equipment that was not inspected by a qualified rigger prior to each shift.
