29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): At points of hazard, construction areas were not posted with legible traffic control signs and protected by traffic control devices. Location: 126 Sandford Street, Brooklyn, NY. On or about 10/29/2024, a) Traffic control signs were not posted as required by the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) in the temporary control zone at the eastbound traffic on Myrtle Avenue during concrete operation. Employees working as flaggers were exposed to struck-by-hazards.
