29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii):For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section: On or about October 24, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure an employee working from a job made wooden scaffold box approximately 25 feet from ground level, was protected by use of a fall arrest system.
