29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(i): The employer did not ensure that when work is performed less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the roof edge, each employee is protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about October 22, 2024, and at times prior thereto, in the Plant Two Production Area; A means of fall protection was not provided while employees performed decking and shingling operations on manufactured home roofs within six (6) feet from the roof edge in the following instances (1-3): 1) Station 15 (Decking Station). 2) Station 16 (Decking/Roofing Station). 3) Station 17 (Roofing Station).
