29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: On or about October 23, 2024, at a worksite located next to 1057 Pearl RD, Brunswick Ohio 44212; during the removal and installation of commercial signs; during the removal and replacement of an existing sign, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from electrical shock hazards, by ensuring circuits were rendered inoperative and tags were attached.
