29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: (a) On or about October 16, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were protected by a protective helmet. Employees were exposed to a possible danger of head injury from falling material / objects, while working below employees installing roofing material on the second story roof of an existing residential property. Professional Builders WI Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1401641, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8820 N Spruce Rd, River Hills, WI 53217.
