29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable armor, and other metal enclosures for conductors were not metallically joined together into a continuous electric conductor. On or about October 10, 2024, and at times prior thereto, located on the southside of the manufacturing floor, employees operated the monoline where the electrical box raceway had been pulled away from its enclosure. Acme Brick Co was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(a)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1692173, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 21, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 4103 Dawson Rd Tulsa, OK. 74115.
