29 CFR 1926.451(d)(2): Suspension scaffold outrigger beams were not restrained to prevent movement: (a) On or about October 10, 2024, and at times prior, at 901 North 9th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53203, the employer had not set up the suspension scaffold outrigger beam to prevent movement, in that the Skyclimber 5" by 5" I-beam were not crossed braced to the Safeway scaffold below to prevent rotation of the I-beams.
