29 CFR 1926.201(a): Signaling by flaggers and the use of flaggers, including warning garments worn by flaggers did not conform to Part VI of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, 2009 Edition a) Stone Mill Road, Manor Township, Lancaster County, PA, Work Zone: On or about October 10, 2024 a flagger controlling the east bound traffic of the traffic control zone was utilizing a red flag instead of a stop/go paddle. b) Stone Mill Road, Manor Township, Lancaster County, PA, Work Zone: On or about October 10, 2024 a flagger was exposed to stuck by hazards while standing in the open lane of traffic in a traffic control zone. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
