29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: At the Coreslab Structures Inc. facility located at 1615 W Arrow Street in Marshall Missouri 65340, on October 2, 2024, and at times prior: The employer did not provide employees with annual audiometric testing to those employees exposed to noise levels higher than 85 dBA. Employees were exposed to continuous noise levels higher than 85 dBA in the following areas: a) Sandblasting - An employee was exposed to continuous noise level at 421.1% dose of the allowable 8-hour time-weighted average sound level of 85 dBA or an equivalent sound level of approximately 100.3 dBA. The sampling was performed for 358 minutes during one shift.
