29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) In the battery recharging area, located at 3512 North Florida Ave., Tampa, Florida 33603: On or about 10/2/2024, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards while employees were working with corrosive materials, in that an eyewash station that was in place was not suitable for use.
