29 CFR 1910.176(b): Storage of material created a hazard: a) LMC Slab and Tile, LLC: On September 26, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to crushing and struck-by hazards while standing in and around the fall zone of A-frame storage racks used to store stone slabs. The employer did not ensure that slabs were secured to the A-frame storage racks to prevent the slabs from shifting, sliding or collapsing.
