29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) Employee(s) having access to a 480 volt receptacle box on the east wall of the upper warehouse located at 1262 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to exposed wiring exiting the receptacle box, not being guarded to prevent accidental contact with energized conductors. (b) Employee(s) working / walking near a junction box along the east wall in the upper warehouse located at 1262 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to no cover being provided for a junction box containing energized wiring to prevent accidental contact with energized conductors.
