29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Paper Machine Room - On or about September 18, 2024 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not conduct periodic inspection of the lock out/tag out procedures. The control of hazardous energy program was last revised in 2014, and the program does not include specific procedures for lock out.
