29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading: a- Reliable HealthCare Logistics, LLC., 6 Wheeling Road, Dayton, NJ : Warehouse- At the loading dock, employees were exposed to a struck by and caught in hazard, in that, measures to prevent the displacement of trailers while loading and offloading were not taken, while using forklifts to enter tractor trailers, in the dock area of the warehouse. Condition noted on or about 9/17/24.
