29 CFR 1926.1203(b)(1): Where the workplace contained one or more permit spaces, the employer who identified, or received notice of, a permit space did not inform exposed employees by posting danger signs or by any other equally effective means of the existence and location of, and the danger posed by, each permit space. On or about September 11, 2024, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not inform the exposed employees of a permit space by posting danger signs or by equally effective means, of the existence and location of the danger prior to entry into confined spaces.
