29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: a) Receiving - On or about September 10, 2024, the employer exposed employees to entrapment hazards caused by stored merchandise in aisles near work areas while sorting and merchandise placement into totes and onto carts going to sales floor. The HomeGoods, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1729841, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/25/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 50 Gate Road North Kingstown, RI 02852.
