29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) Powder Processing Line 1 (PPL 1): On or about 8/28/2024, the employer exposed authorized employees to chemical burn hazards in that, periodic inspection was not conducted in the year 2023 to ensure authorized employees isolated pneumatic pressure and palladium nitrate slurry mix prior to remove an inline filter for cleaning purposes.
