1910.147(c)(6)(i)(A) The periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was not performed by an authorized employee other than the one utilizing the energy control procedure being inspected: a) 6465 Carlisle Pike, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 - On or about August 22, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that periodic inspections were performed by an authorized employee other than the ones(s) utilizing the energy control procedure being inspected Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
