29 CFR 1926.50(g): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Jobsite: 2250 E Cambria St, Philadelphia, PA 19134 - On or about August 17, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees conducting masonry operations with corrosive materials such as, but not limited to Lehigh White Masonry Cement Type N mix were provided with an effective eyewash facility with continuous water supply within the work area for immediate emergencies.
