29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure employees used eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: On or about August 13, 2024, the employer failed to ensure that employees were protected from flying debris, including but not limited to, nails from an pneumatic nail gun, while performing roofing activities at a residential home located at 800 Northeast Ave., Tallmadge OH 44278. Employees were not wearing protective eyewear.
