29 CFR 1910.36(e)(2): The door that connects to any exit route did not swing out in the direction of exit travel for a room that was designed to occupied by more than 50 people or if the room is a high hazard area: a) 1000 CenterPoint Blvd., New Castle, DE 19720 (Engine Room Egress Door labeled as an Exit): On or about August 15, 2024, and days prior, the ammonia refrigeration operator Brandon Waltman, Facilities Maintenance was exposed to caught in hazards when the exit door leading from the anhydrous ammonia engine room to battery room did not open in the direction of travel.
