29 CFR 1926.950(d): The employer did not determine existing characteristics and conditions of electric lines and equipment that are related to the safety of the work to be performed before the work on or near the lines or equipment was started: On or about August 9, 2024, at the intersection of Eastwood Dr and Cypress Way E, Naples, Florida 33410, an employee was permitted to work inside a handhole prior to ensuring that the existing conditions within the handhold did not present an electrical hazard, thus exposing the employee to electrocution hazards.
