29 CFR 1910.178(n)(4): The driver was not required to travel with the load trailing, the load being carried obstructed the forward view. On or about May 24, 2024, between the rig stairs and Company Man's office trailer, an employee operated a telehandler forklift to transport a load (diesel fuel tank) without the employer requiring that the forklift operator travel with the load trailing or utilize a spotter.
