29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Gold Medal Environmental of New Jersey Inc. - Yard area/Landfill: Lock Out/ Tag Out procedures were not utilized for equipment such as, but not limited to Mc Neilus Rear Loader and Front Loader trash compactors (packers) while the employees cleaned trash from behind the ejector's blade. Occurred on or about 09/04/2024.
