1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(C): Retraining of employees for proficiency did not the introduce new or revised control methods and procedures as necessary: (a) Wolfgang Operations LLC, 122 North Street, York, Pennsylvania - On machinery and equipment where the employer required authorized employees to use lockout for energy control, for example, the Line 1 MF-Hamburg bottomer, the periodic inspection did not include a review between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure inspected, exposing employees to hazards, including, but not limited to getting caught in moving machine parts, on or about August 1, 2024. Wolfgang Operations LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1663072, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 6, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 122 North Street, York, Pennsylvania 17403. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
