29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about July 31, 2024, the employer did not ensure that suitable facilities were available for quick drenching or flushing in the work area for employees using caustic chemicals including but not limited to, Quorum Brown during sanitation duties on the Can Warmers in Line #3. Employee(s) must walk approximately 80 feet and pass through (2) locked doors to reach the closet washing facility while working in the Line #3 area.
