(a) Walk-In Cooler - On or about August 1, 2024, a store associate/stocker was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour Time Weight Average (TWA) of 176.4 PPM which is 3.53 times the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 50 PPM, while operating a gas-powered pressure washer inside a walk-in cooler
