29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(ii): Floor(s) of workroom(s) were not maintained, so far as practical, in a dry condition: (a) On or about July 31, 2024, the floor of the work area for the mechanical long taper (MLT) machine where the operator stood and walked was not maintained in a dry condition in that it was covered in saturated absorbent material due to a persistent hydraulic leak from the MLT.
